Tim Ruggiero – Principal Agent
Tim Ruggiero brings more than 30 years of experience in personal insurance, including 25 years as the owner of a captive agency serving Maryland clients. Throughout his career, Tim has worked closely with individuals and families to protect homes, vehicles, and financial stability through both everyday needs and major life transitions.
That experience deeply informs how Rockwell Ward operates today. After decades in a single-carrier environment, Tim transitioned into the independent insurance space to expand the solutions available to clients. This move allows for broader carrier access, greater flexibility, and recommendations driven by fit rather than constraint.
Tim’s approach to insurance is practical, transparent, and client-focused. He believes the most effective coverage decisions come from understanding the full picture—how policies interact, where gaps exist, and how risk evolves over time.
